TERM OF LEASE: Our contracts run from August 1st to the end of July.

PAYMENT DUE DATE: FIRST DAY OF MONTH. A LATE FEE OF $50 APPLIES AFTER THE FIFTH DAY OF MONTH.

Utility Provider Numbers:BGMU-270-782-1200 (Electric, water, sewer); ATMOS GAS-270-901-1677; SCOTT WASTE-270-783-4016. PLEASE NOTE!!! YOU MUST TURN ON YOUR UTILITIES. YOU SHOULD CONTACT EACH ONE A FEW DAYS BEFORE MOVE-IN DATE. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEM A COPY OF YOUR LEASE, WHICH WE WILL EMAIL TO YOU ONE WEEK BEFORE MOVE-IN DATE.

Direct Deposit – We will help you set up direct deposit upon signing.
